What counts as an assessment?+
One completed assessment per organisation per assessment type, per billing month. Draft assessments, re-scores within the same month, and benchmark comparisons are free.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer an annual discount?+
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on Consultant and Agency plans. Partner plans are credit-based and billed annually by default.
Is my client data ever used for benchmarks?+
Only with explicit tenant opt-in, and only in fully anonymised, k-anonymous aggregate form. Organisation names, tenant identifiers, and any identifying metadata are never exposed.
Do you support SSO?+
SSO and SAML (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) are included on the Partner plan. Talk to us if your organisation requires it on a lower tier.
What happens when I hit my monthly assessment limit?+
We will notify you before you hit the limit. You can either upgrade immediately or wait until the next billing cycle — nothing is auto-charged without your approval.
